As you know a deer smashed into the side of my car a little over a week ago and did some costly damage to the vehicle. We called right away and the representative was quick to handle the claim, which was impressive because it was a Sunday. The rental car was set up for me right away and I was able to make it to and from work on time. The body shop gave an estimate and in a little over a week the check arrived in my mailbox.
